Spring Cleanse: A Journey of Renewal
This 2 part recording contains highlights from two special evening events covering the oft-misunderstood foundations of yogic sexuality and pleasure. This is the first time Michaela Boehm has presented this information in a structured lecture series and this recording gives a cohesive overview of pleasure practice and the foundations of intimacy. This audio is primarily a lecture with a few select answers to practice questions from the audience.
– Discover the always present pleasure in your body
– Examine the habitual closures towards deep feeling
– Learn about the foundations of pleasure
– Identify the triggers and trauma patterns
– Sensitizing the body and learning how to live with that sensitivity
As of late I’ve been asked…
“How can I get more clear on what I want and really define my dream or next step?”
So, today i will share with you a simple practice to help you lift the veil and begin to find that clarity of vision you may be seeking!
Step 1: Start
“The only thing worse than starting something and failing… is not starting something” – Seth Godin
Bring yourself into a ritual space by first burning a little sage or incense and lighting a candle. Sit down, close your eyes and take a few deep slow breaths. Then ask yourself what would I do if money was no object and I had all the time in the world? Pause, slow down and listen to what arises. Spend some time here to connect to the yearning in your heart. Give space for the dream to start to crystallize.

The northern reaches of the Strait of Georgia are gently rippling today, and in the background the lofty Coastal Mountains still wear a skiff of snow while overshadowing the gentler profiles of the Discovery Islands. I’m glad we have 45 minutes aboard the refit relief boat, Quadra Queeen II; time to savour the pristine, open view before arriving at Whaletown on Cortes Island, British Columbia.
We let our senses quietly expand and absorb. The day will culminate in Hollyhock’s hot tub overlooking the Strait of Georgia and Twin Islands, after three relaxing ferries and leisurely Vancouver and Cortes island drives. Oystercatchers will be calling close by our beachfront cottage and my friend, Pat Crossley, and I will fall asleep listening to the slurp of waves.
